Walbury Hill is the highest point in the South East England region of the UK at 297 m (974 ft) above sea level.
It is situated on the Test Way on the border between the civil parishes of Inkpen and Combe in south-western Berkshire (the latter formerly in Hampshire). It is still close to the Hampshire border, 7 km south-east of Hungerford. On its summit is the Iron Age hill fort of Walbury Camp. Combe Gibbet stands on the adjoining Inkpen Hill.
