WMUZ is an FM radio station serving the Detroit, MI market. The station has a contemporary Christian music and Christian talk format, known on the air as The Light.

WMUZ first went on the air on November 11, 1958, always branded with these call letters. The station is currently owned and operated by Crawford Broadcasting. The station's studios, offices and transmitter are located near Burt Road and I-96 in Detroit.

The station also has a secondary high-definition channel, known as WMUZ-2, which plays 100% Contemporary Christian music.

The station's General Manager is Frank Franciosi, who has been with the station since the mid-1970s, and led the WMUZ team since the mid 1980s.

Mid-morning, late evening, overnight, and Sundays occupied with locally and nationally-based paid programming. WMUZ is also the new home for "Somewhere In Time," a Sunday-evening big-band/nostalgia program which aired for years on WDTR-FM (now WRCJ).
