The Ural-5323 is 8x8 heavy-duty off-road truck, designed special for army service. Developed by UralAZ and Produced by The Ural Automated Plant located in the Ural region of Russia.

The Ural-5323 has become the idea platform for the Pantsir, antsir S1 gun-missile Air Defense System, installed on APCs such as BTR-80 and trucks, such as the 8x8 Ural 5323 truck.

The Ural-5323-20, with a 8x8 wheel configuration designed to carry cargo weighing up to 10 tons and tow trailers with a full weight up to 16 tons.
