Tsing Lung Tau (青龍頭) is a small area in Tsuen Wan West, New Territories in Hong Kong.

It is located on the southwest coast of the New Territories in Hong Kong, between Tsuen Wan and Tuen Mun. There are two villages: Tsing Lung Tau Village and Yuen Tun Village, with many villa-style developments. The major private housing estates are Hong Kong Garden and Sea Crest Villa Phrase 5. A ferry service links to Yam O. Its coast once was long beaches with one named Dragon Beach (青龍灣), however, it was reclaimed for the widening of Castle Peak Road in 2006.

Tsing Lung Tau is the adjoining area of Sham Tseng, which is a little bit larger, to the east. Castle Peak Road, the only major artery, provides access to Tuen Mun and Tseun Wan.
