The Beauty Process is a rock album by L7, released in 1997.

Their fifth studio album, L7 created a modern punk album, favored by critics yet dismissed by many earlier fans of the band. Bassist Jennifer Finch left the band prior to recording, and was replaced by Grata Brinkman (Gail Greenwood, formerly of Belly would join after Brinkman's departure).[1] The UK CD release has a hidden 13th track "Gwenna". "Off the Wagon" was released as a single, with the b-side "Punk Stole My Heart".

Rolling Stone magazine said in its review of the album, "...L7 pack more fresh stylistic variations on classic punk into 40 minutes than most bands come up with during a career."[2]
