The Tornado Twins were fictional superheroes in the DC Comics Universe. The twins are Don and Dawn Allen, the children of Barry Allen (the second Flash) and Iris West-Allen.

The twins were reluctant superheroes, at best, as they grew up without a father—Barry Allen died in the Crisis on Infinite Earths before they were born—and under the shadow of Barry's successor, Wally West. Don and Dawn inherited super-speed from their father, but they kept it a very private matter, as people with special powers faced discrimination during their time period. The pair became superheroes when they thwarted an invasion by the Dominators. Unfortunately, the duo did not survive it. Both died in the final battle with the alien forces.

Don Allen and his wife Meloni Thawne are the parents of Bart Allen, the speedster hero who was first known as Impulse, before maturing into the Teen Titan Kid Flash, and who now is the fastest man alive: the Flash. Dawn Allen and Jeven Ognats are the parents of the Legionaire XS.
