"The Roof Is on Fire" was a single from Rock Master Scott & the Dynamic Three released in 1984 that charted at #5 on the Billboard magazine Hot Dance Music/Maxi-Singles Sales chart.

"The Roof Is on Fire" was only a moderate success, and the B-side of the single "Request Line" did arguably better in terms of radio play at the time.
However, the song is notable as the first commercial recording with the phrase "The Roof! The Roof! The Roof is on fire!", which has since entered popular culture/slang.
