The Parent Trap Series

The Parent Trap is a film series made from 1961-1989 with Hayley Mills as the twins. She reprised her role three times; first in 1986 then twice in 1989 for three made-for-TV sequels. It was remade in 1998 this time with Lindsay Lohan as the twins.

Hayley Mills plays two twins; Sharon and Susan, who meet at summer camp and, realising they're twins, switch places to reunite their divorced parents; Maggie and Mitch.

The Parent Trap 3 introduces three triplets who want their dad to ditch his fiance in favour of Sharon who is now a decorator.

The Parent Trap IV: Hawaiian Honeymoon

In the last sequel Sharon, her new husband Jeff, his triplet daughters and Susan head to Hawaii.
