The television version of The Man from Snowy River was an Australian television series produced in the 1990s.
Filmed between 1993 and 1996, the television series lasted for 64 episodes.
The television series was released in Australia under the title of "Banjo Paterson's The Man from Snowy River".
The television series was subsequently released in the United States under the new title of "Snowy River: The McGregor Saga".
The series was based on Banjo Paterson's poem The Man from Snowy River.
The television series concentrated on the adventures of Matt McGregor (Andrew Clarke), and his family, as a successful farmer. The series is based 25 years after his ride.[1] The show is currently airing in the UK on UKTV Drama
