The Mall at Fairfield Commons

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Mall at Fairfield Commons is a mall located in Greene County. The mall was opened in 1993 and is located in the Dayton suburb of Beavercreek. The mall is two stories, featuring five anchor stores and a food court. The mall is located adjacent to Interstate 675. The mall is located near a golf course, Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Wright State University and Nutter Center entertainment complex. The mall is located on North Fairfield Road (Veterans Memorial Highway), a main thoroughfare through Beavercreek.

The Mall at Fairfield Commons is owned by the Glichmer Properties, the owners of the Dayton Mall. Recently, Beavercreek welcomed the arrival of another upscale mall known as The Greene. This decision has pushed for the development for a lifestyle center located near the property, however these plans appear to be on hold at the Fairfield Mall. The Mall of Fairfield Commons also spurred similarities such as the Polaris Fashion Place in Columbus, Ohio.
