  • Mandy hosts her own fictional TV Show called "The Darkside with Mandy". This is a crossover of various cartoons from Cartoon Network, shown as a commercial.
  • The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy was the original title of a song written by Voltaire for the show concerning a brain-eating meteor from the sky that lands on Earth and meets Billy (as seen in the episode Little Rock of Horror). The song is now titled BRAINS! and has been released on several albums.
  • In the end credits a voice can be heard speaking backwards. When played backwards, the voice says "No, no, this is the end of the show. You're watching it backwards!". The voice is of Maxwell Atoms, the creator of the show.
  • At the end of the first Irwin Hearts Mandy short, Dream Date, Wilt from Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends made a cameo appearance as having a nightmare of Grim and of Grim having a nightmare of Mandy and of Mandy seeing a nightmare of Irwin and of Irwin dreaming of Mandy, his so-called girlfriend.
