The Deadlys are an annual celebration of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander achievement in music, sport, entertainment and community. Vibe Australia hosts the awards

SBS Television has been broadcasting the Awards over the last three years, produced by Karla Grant, host of the Indigenous current affairs program Living Black. In 2005 Imparja Television screened the 11th annual Deadly Awards from the Concert Hall of the Sydney Opera House on September 22, 2005.
