The Beltway Boys is an internationally syndicated American television show. The title refers to the Capital Beltway — the circumferential freeway surrounding Washington, D.C. (see Inside the Beltway) — and to the two male journalists who host the show: Mort Kondracke and Fred Barnes. Aired initially in the United States on Saturday afternoons on the Fox News Channel, the program is a weekly digest and discussion of political issues.

Typically, the program begins with three primary topics ("Hot Stories") that Kondracke and Barnes discuss at length. It then looks at newsworthy events in the political lives of national leaders in its "Ups and Downs" segment, characterizing the events as positive for the individual (up) or negative (down).

Liberal commentators and some Democrats have complained that the show represents a biased view against Democrats and the political left in favor of Republicans and the political right, pointing to the hosts' leanings. Fred Barnes is considered a religious and conservative Republican, while Mort Kondracke is considered a moderate independent.
