The 6th Graders are a group of characters in the animated series South Park. They are voiced by both Trey Parker and Matt Stone and have been seen in various episodes.

In this unaired episode which was altered into Cartman Gets an Anal Probe the Sixth Graders were daring Cartman to eat Chef's special extra hot tamales. This caused Cartman to fart fire and this helped when the Sixth Graders were about to attack the boys. Cartman accidentally farted and it scared the Sixth Graders. Although Stan does yell out, "Fifth graders!" Which is for the same reason as below.

In this episode, the Sixth Graders were referred to as Fifth Graders because the boys were currently in the third grade. The boys were sick of the Sixth Graders scaring and teasing them, so they dug up Kyle's dead grandmother in order to scare them back.

In this episode, the 6th graders find the boys playing Lord of the Rings and find they have a tape of Back Door Sluts 9 with them, which has been put there by mistake. They then chase the boys who finally get rid of it. As the 6th graders close in the boys' parents turn up scaring the 6th graders away. Scott Tenorman also makes a cameo in this episode.

In this episode, the boys ask the 6th graders to defend them from Trent Boyett who wants to get revenge on the boys for an incident in Pre School involving a fire. The 6th graders want a picture of Stan's mother's breasts first, so the boys take a photo of Cartman's buttocks disguised with drawn on nipples and a necklace. The 6th graders fall for it and offer to help. Later they have all been hospitalised after Trent Boyett severely beats them up.

• The sixth graders seem to have noses, like the parents, even though most of the younger characters do not (the exception being Ike). This may suggest that noses are a part of puberty in South Park.
