Stonebridge Park
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Stonebridge Park is a part of the Harlesden area of north-west London in the London Borough of Brent. The area was named after a stone bridge was built in the area, and has a large council estate called the Stonebridge Estate. The Stonebridge Estate is being redeveloped by the Housing Action Trust along with similar social housing estates in Waltham Forest, Tower Hamlets, Birmingham, Hull and Liverpool.
Crime levels connected with the Stonebridge Estate have been amongst the highest in London, however, in recent years alongside the regeneration of the estate, the level of street crime has been decreasing.[citation needed]
The nearest stations are Stonebridge Park station and Harlesden station. There are also four London bus routes that include Stonebridge: the 18, 112, 206 and PR2 buses.
