Lord Stettin

Lord Stettin of Kalgan is a fictional character in Isaac Asimov's Foundation Series.

He is the ruler of Kalgan and took the post from a careless previous lord. He was known as the First Citizen styled after the title the Mule took. He is described as six-feet six, large jawed and hard mouthed, and probably fairly intimidating.

He had a mistress Lady Callia.

His First Minister was Lev Meirus,

He is persuaded by Arkady Darell via Lady Callia to let Homir Munn into the Mule's palace, to find the Second Foundation. This eventually leads to war with the Foundation.
