A 19th century American bicycle company based in Chicago, Illinois. Many sources state that Thomas B. Jeffery bought the defunct Sterling Bicycle Company's Kenosha, Wisconsin factory in 1900 so, it appears that the company was out of business by the 20th century.

The Kenosha factory was sold to Thomas B. Jeffery in 1900 and became one of the first automobile factories in the US.
