Servo can refer to:
- Servomechanism, usually just shortened to "servo", is a special (typically electric) motor that typically includes a velocity and/or position feedback device to affect mechanical motion for a specified distance. Can also refer to any type of self-regulating feedback system or mechanism.
- RC Servo, a type of servomechanism used in radio controlled models and robotics.
- Servo amplifier, an amplifier that powers a servo actuator, sometimes called a servo drive when referring to electric servo motor type servomechanisms.
- Servo drive, a servo amplifier that powers an electric servo motor.
