Serafim Todorov (Bulgarian: Серафим Тодоров) (born July 6, 1969 in Plovdiv) was a Bulgarian boxer at the 1996 Summer Olympics who won a silver medal. He competed in the featherweight (57 kg) division. His name is known in the United States because he defeated Floyd Mayweather Jr. in the semifinals by a score of 10-9. The U.S. team protested the controversial result.
