The Football Association of Selangor (Malay: Persatuan Bolasepak Selangor) enters a team in Malaysian football competitions to represent the state of Selangor. The team is based in the City ofShah Alam. They are currently playing in the top division in Malaysian football, the Malaysian Super League. Their home stadium is Shah Alam Stadium.

With 30 Malaysia Cups, 4 Division 1/Premier 1/Super League titles, 2 Division 2/Premier 2/Premier League titles, 4 FA Cups and 6 Charity Shields, Selangor is the most successful team in Malaysian football history. Due to their success, Selangor has the unique distinction of being both the most popular and the most loathed team in the country at the same time. Selangor's main rivals are always the teams who put up the strongest fight against their national dominance. In the 1960s and 1970s this was the Singapore M-League Team. More recently their main rivals have included Perak, Kedah and Pahang.
