Scholar360 is a LLC that supplies E-learning software to smaller academic institutions to facilitate learning in physical classrooms, modular courses, and distance classes. Corporate headquarters are in the Ghent district of Norfolk, Virginia. Scholar360's clients include colleges, universities, professional psychology programs, faith-based institutions, non-profits (e.g., Operation Smile), and small businesses.

Scholar360’s main product is a web-based virtual learning environment that integrates a learning management system, content management system, and social networking technology. The main course features include: an online storage area for course materials, discussion/bulletin board, chat room, gradebook, test center, wiki and other tools to promote online learning and interaction. The individual networking features include a blog, integrated e-portfolio, RSS, a personal calendar (synchronized with course calendars), and other tools to promote a personalized online learning experience.
