Savoury (British) or savory (US) may refer to:
- Herbs of the genus Satureja, particularly :
- Summer savoury (Satureja hortensis), an annual herb
- Winter savoury (Satureja montana), a perennial herb
- Savoury (adj.): Culinary Arts
- Refers to dishes or foods not inherently sweet, e.g. sour, salty, fatty, or, especially, meaty.
- Also, Umami - considered the fifth basic taste.
