Sabre Springs is a community in the northeastern part of the city of San Diego, California. Sabre Springs is located west of Poway, south of the Carmel Mountain Ranch, east of Rancho Penasquitos, and north of Miramar Ranch North, and Scripps Ranch.

Sabre Springs also features a business park which includes several notable businesses including Nokia.

Interstate 15 is located on the west side of Sabre Springs. Poway Road and Scripps Poway Parkway are the main East-West arteries.

Sabre Springs is served by the Poway Unified School District.
