Ralph "Rusty" Humphries (b. 1966) is a syndicated conservative talk-personality featured on over 250 radio stations nationwide. His The Rusty Humphries Show can be heard through The Talk Radio Network in such cities as San Francisco, Tampa, Houston, Orlando, Seattle, Oklahoma City, Atlanta, Norfolk and Honolulu. The Rusty Humphries Show is also featured on XM satellite radio.

He has hosted radio shows in New York City, Dallas, San Diego, Atlanta and Ft. Wayne, Indiana. Humphries has also worked at radio stations in Chicago, Los Angeles, Seattle, Kansas City and Portland, Oregon.

Humphries' has been named one of America's 100 Most Important Radio Talk Show Hosts eight years in a row, was nominated as Talk Personality Of The Year by Radio and Records. Humphries was inducted into the Nevada Broadcasters Hall of Fame as its youngest inductee ever. He was ranked as one of the "ten most listened to" radio talk show hosts by Talkers Magazine.

After his two "Rusty Humphries' Salute to the American Veterans" concerts drew a sold out crowd on Veterans Day in 1999 and 2000, Humphries was named "Reno's #1 local entertainer.

Humphries has produced 5 musical CDs including "Bomb Iraq - Rusty Humphries Takes on the Terrorists". His CD "Greeting From America - Wish You Were Here" was a "best of" collection made specifically for the American troops fighting in Iraq.

Rusty Humphrey is staunchly conservative. He has blamed the death of his father (whom died in the Vietnam War) to the anti-war activists of the 1960's.

Rusty and his wife Kathleen have two daughters Katelynn and Karaline. Rusty is a singer/songwriter. In addition to writing many morning radio show jingles, his song, Do The Bart Man, made national charts and was the inspiration for The Simpson's Multi-platinum CD^{[citation needed]}. Rusty helped the State of Nevada raise 1.5 million dollars for the WWII Memorial in Washington DC.
