Mr. Tweak wears a maroon jumper which is his shirt for work (hence the name tag on it) and black trousers. Mrs. Tweak wears a blue dress with a white apron. Mr. Tweak has dark curly brown hair. Mrs. Tweak has long light brown hair.

Mr. Tweak runs a coffee shop called Tweak Bros. Coffee. It was nearly put out of business by the new business in town, Harbucks (a parody of Starbucks). After a huge feud both businesses learned to work together.

Main article: Tweek

Mr. and Mrs. Tweak have one child called Tweek. He is hyperactive and constantly drinks coffee. His eyes constantly twitch and he shakes due to his frequent reception of caffeine. He became the boys' new friend from Professor Chaos to Child Abduction is Not Funny. Since then Tweek has not been so much a prominent character but is usually seen amongst the boys' extended group (Timmy, Craig, Clyde etc.).

In their first appearance, Mr. Tweak's coffee shop is rivaled by a new business in town, Harbucks. Mr. Tweak then uses the boys to complain about it.

When Tweek asks for advice on how to fight Craig they give him poor advice which leads to him saying he hates them.

When Tweak became the new fourth friend, his parents were featured mostly in cameos such as The Death Camp of Tolerance. Since his loss of role to Butters and Kenny his parents seem to have disappeared. Mr. Tweak though was seen in Smug Alert! admiring Gerald Broflovski's new car.
