Resort Sports Network

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

RSN Television was established in 1986 as Resort Sports Network. It creates and distributes outdoor lifestyle and resort-based sports programs to a network of stations across the United States.

Based in Portland, Maine, RSN's programs are seen in approximately 105 mountain and beach resorts. In addition to the privately owned stations that are RSN affiliates, the company owns three outlets in Lake Tahoe, California, Summit County, Colorado, and North Conway, New Hampshire; and operates stations in Mount Snow, Vermont, Killington, Vermont, and Sunday River, Maine.

RSN operates a Web network - rsn.comand goski.com - that features a Resort Cam network offering daily updated images from top destination areas. The Web network also provides local travel, weather, community forums, and streaming video of the company's television programs. RSN is a privately held company with 70 employees nationwide.
