Razorblade Suitcase is a 1996 album released by the British post-grunge band Bush. It is the follow-up to their 1994 debut, Sixteen Stone. Although it did not sell as well as Sixteen Stone, it became a US #1 on the album charts. Despite having many singles like its predecessor, only one song was a big hit, "Swallowed". It is also slightly darker than the previous album, which led to comparisons between it and Nirvana's album In Utero, because Bush sounded similar to Nirvana and Steve Albini produced both albums.

The album's working title was Ghost Medicine but was changed for reasons unknown. The title is part of the lyrics of the song "Synapse".
