Q (formerly known as Quality TeleVision (QTV)) is a TV Network and a sister station of GMA Network, Inc. The network was formed after GMA Network leased the entire airtime block of ZOE Broadcasting Network flagship station DZOE-TV 11, after Citynet Television was closed in 2001.
Q's programming lineup features popular American dramas, and other lifestyle programming.

The network was formed when the frequency rights of Channel 11 in Manila was given to a joint venture of the influential religious groups El Shaddai headed by Bro. Mike Velarde and Jesus Is Lord Movement headed by Bro. Eddie Villanueva in mid 1990s.
GMA Network decided to expand its business into UHF programming in 1995 with Citynet Television 27. Poised to compete with ABS-CBN's recently launched Studio 23, the new station also aired popular American programming.. In 1999, Star TV leased the airtime of Citynet Television to launch Channel [V] Philippines. In 2001 however, Channel [V] Philippines was discontinued when the PLDC (owner of MTV Philippines) bought a controlling stake in GMA. Citynet reverted to being an independent station after the discontinuation.
In the first quarter of 2005, Citynet leased the airtime of ZOE's flagship station, DZOE-TV 11, in exchange of an upgrading the facilities of ZOE and airing a ZOE-TV produced program on early Monday mornings. Channel 27 became a repeater of QTV.
On March 18, 2007, the network became only known as "Q".

In its first month of broadcasting, Q became the third highest rated television station in the Mega Manila market, beating ABC's DWET-TV channel 5. Q's major rival is the similar ABS-CBN owned Studio 23. ABS-CBN owned SkyCable's rivalry with GMA Network continued on with Q, as SkyCable made attempts to sabotage Q's signal (as they did with GMA as well).
