The Province of Ascoli Piceno (Italian: Provincia di Ascoli Piceno) is a province in the Marche region of Italy. Its capital is the city of Ascoli Piceno.

It has an area of 2,088 km², and a total population of 369,579 (2001). There are 73 comuni in the province[1], see Comunes of the Province of Ascoli Piceno.

The planned new Province of Fermo is being created from part of the province of Ascoli Piceno. The new province (capital Fermo) will contain 860 km², comprised of 40 comuni, with a population of 166,218 as of the 2001 census, the loss of which will leave the remaining Province of Ascoli Piceno with 33 comuni and an adjusted population of 203,153.
