Principal Victoria is a fictional character in the animated series South Park. She is the principal of South Park Elementary. Her name might be a play on Victoria Principal. She has blonde hair and glasses and is usually shown with Mr. Mackey. In the episode "Sexual Harassment Panda" she stated that she killed someone when she had to make a speech in court. The court appearance was completely unrelated to her killing anyone, however, she said "I hit him over the head and buried him" and she then broke into tears.

In the episode "4th Grade" when Mr. Garrison admitted he was gay and wanted to teach the 3rd grade class again, Principal Victoria stated that the school didn't hire gay teachers, though, as she and the rest of the staff burst into laughter, this may have been a joke on her part, particularly because in the next episode in which she appeared, "The Death Camp of Tolerance", she she gave Garrison his job back to avoid a discrimination lawsuit. When Garrison realized he could make millions in such a suit, he then tried to get fired by exhibiting overtly gay (and rather perverted) conduct in the classroom, which resulted in everyone the children complained to thinking that he was courageous for being "out", and that the children were being intolerant. The children were sent to a tolerance camp to be reeducated, but when it was discovered that Garrison was purposely exhibiting offensive behavior in order to get fired, the children were released, and Garrison himself was sent to the camp.

She is possibly from Minnesota, having mentioned it in "The Death Camp of Tolerance". Her appearance is based on that of South Park producer Debbie Liebling.

Principal Victoria could be the mother of Cartman as shown in "Cartman's Mom is a Dirty Slut"/"Cartman's Mom is Still a Dirty Slut" when it was revealed Mrs. Cartman was a "hermaphrodite" and she had sex with a woman. When Mr Garrison yelled "who hasn't had sex with Mrs Cartman?", Principal Victoria and the Mayor looked at each other guiltily, make it appear that one of them is likely Eric Cartman's mother.

In the draft script for South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut she is impeached of her duties as principal by the PTA.
