Coll Ohmsford is a character from the Heritage of Shannara series by author Terry Brooks. He is the younger brother of Par Ohmsford.

Coll, unlike his brother, does not possess the magic of the wishsong. Also unlike Par, Coll is the cautious type, always wanting to think through the situation before doing anything rash. He was not entirely supportive of his brother's decision to spread the old stories of the Ohmsford line, but came with him because of a protective instinct. Like Par, Coll came to the meeting at the Hadeshorn along with Wren Elessedil and Walker Boh. However, unlike the others, Coll received no charge and possessed no magic that would reveal itself later.

Accompanying his brother to Tyrsis to recover the Sword of Shannara, Coll was captured by the Shadowen and replaced with a dopplegänger that Par shortly destroyed, leading him to believe he had killed his own brother. Meanwhile, the real Coll was imprisoned at Southwatch, but was not treated badly. Over the time he was trapped, he trained with the Shadowen Ulfkingroh, and grew stronger and fitter by the day. He later escaped by stealing a magic cloak Rimmer Dall had shown him, unaware that it would slowly corrupt him into a Shadowen. The cloak also drove him in mad pursuit of Par.

Catching up to Par, Coll unknowingly activated the magic of the Sword of Shannara, causing him to draw Par after him to Southwatch. There, Coll called the magic again, freeing himself from the cloak. However, the brothers were separated again when Coll was taken by the King of the Silver River and Par was captured by Rimmer Dall. Believing himself to be the destined wielder of the Sword, Coll set out to save his brother from the torment of his magic and doubt, joining up with Damson Rhee, Morgan Leah, Walker Boh, Rumor the moor cat, and Matty Roh to enter Southwatch. There, Coll used the Sword to save Par from the wishsong.

Coll charged along with the rest into the depths of Southwatch, but his only magic, the Sword, was useless against his foes. He later gave it to Par, too weak to carry it any further, and his brother used it to reveal the secret of Southwatch, thus proving that both brothers were meant to use the Sword. Afterwards, Coll returned home to Shady Vale, and later joined his brother and Damson Rhee in opening an inn. He does not appear to have had any children, thus discontinuing his bloodline.
