"No Place to Hide" is the first single by nu-metal band Korn from their second album, Life Is Peachy. The song starts with bass intro and features high-pitched guitars and funk-style drumming.

Contents

This is considered the band's first song that caught the attention of MTV and gained reasonable airplay, especially in the UK. Although there wasn't a video shot for this single, MTV made custom video made of clips from parts of Who Then Now? and the band's previous music videos.

In 1998 this single was a Grammy nominee for Best Metal Performance. It was Korn's second nomination in this category.

"No Place to Hide" appears to have various themes. One could be that while Jonathan Davis exposes his painful past to the world he has no secrets left, and no comfort zones. He feels raped because Korn is becoming the next big thing and the media takes advantage of him pouring his soul out. This theme follows that of the singles " Y'all Want A Single" and "Freak on a Leash" where he feels he is just used by the industry to make money.
