In Warrior Soul, Chuck Pfarrer, a former Assault Element Commander with the Navy’s ultra-secret SEAL Team 6, recounts the making of a SEAL— from the first weeks of exhausting training, to his covert missions all over the globe.
Pfarrer’s narrative touches on his personal as well as his professional battles. We follow him through a series of failed romances, including his first love (and ultimate heartbreak), a series of relationships during his time as a SEAL, and eventually two painful divorces.

He also recounts his more recent struggle with colon cancer. Given a thirty percent chance of survival-- he overcame the odds to live and love another day.
