Montagu Bertie, 2nd Earl of Lindsey

Montagu Bertie, 2nd Earl of Lindsey KG (1608–25 July 1666) was the only son of Robert Bertie, 1st Earl of Lindsey and his wife Elizabeth Montagu, daughter of Edward Montagu, 1st Lord of Boughton).
On 18 April 1627, he married Martha daughter of Sir William Cockayne and they had five children:
- Hon. Charles Bertie (d. 1710)
- Bridget Bertie (1629–1704), married the 1st Duke of Leeds and had issue.
- Lady Elizabeth Bertie (d. 1683), married the 3rd Viscount Campden and had issue.
- Robert Bertie, 3rd Earl of Lindsey (1630–1701)
- Hon. Peregrine Bertie
Martha died in 1641 and Montagu married the 4th Baroness Norreys c. 1652 and they had two children:
