Milt Kogan

Milt Kogan (born 1936 in Camden, New Jersey) is an American actor. He is best known for playing the desk sergeant, Officer Kogan, on the television series Barney Miller in 1975.
He also made guest appearances on the television series It Takes a Thief, Mission: Impossible, Ironside, Sanford and Son, Mannix, The Law (1974 television movie), Cannon, Police Story, Kojak, Eight Is Enough, Chico and the Man, The Rockford Files, Quincy, M.E., Diff'rent Strokes, Lou Grant, Night Court, Cagney & Lacey, Columbo, Knots Landing, Quantum Leap, and General Hospital.
Kogan's movie credits include Brewster's Millions (1985), E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial (1982), No Deposit, No Return (1976), and The Sunshine Boys (1975)
