Millennium Management Group is a Las Vegas, Nevada based, privately owned, gaming management company. It owns and operates several locals casinos in the Las Vegas area.

Formed by William Paulos and William Wortman with each holding a 50% interest.

In March 2002 started operating the Rampart.

On January 3, 2003 The Cannery opens under the management of Cannery Casino Resorts with another subsidiary of the company, Millennium gaming, Inc., actually owning the 67% interest.

Cannery Casino Resorts owns and operates the following casinos:

William Wortman and Renate Schiff who own the Nevada Palace announced on September 8, 2006 they would convert this casino to a newly constructed Eastside Cannery. Wortman is a major owner in both Millennium Management and the Nevada Palace. Cannery Casino Resorts will manage the renamed casino.

On September 22, 2006 a 33% interest in this division was sold to Oaktree Capital Management, a private investment firm.
