Miguzi is a two-hour cartoon block that premiered on April 19, 2004, replacing Toonami's afternoon block aimed towards younger children. The block is produced by Williams Street, which also produces the late-night programming block Adult Swim, as well as Toonami. The block is themed around Erin, a young girl who finds refuge within the confines of a strange spaceship that is trapped underwater and inhabited by aquatic creatures. She does not live in the ship, but comes to visit the creatures from above water. When it originally premiered, Miguzi began at 5 p.m. EST. After the Kids' WB! afternoon block was taken off the air, Miguzi's timeslot was moved to 4 p.m. EST. After announcing a new afternoon block for 2007 called Master Control, Cartoon Network announced plans to move Miguzi into a Saturday morning timeslot.

Miguzi often changes its lineup between the various shows it hosts. While most of its regular programs are reruns, it exclusively (with a few exceptions) airs new episodes of a variety of shows, such as Yu-Gi-Oh! GX, Totally Spies, and Code Lyoko. This is a list of all the shows that have been or will air on Miguzi:

In addition to its regular shows, Miguzi has also shown several full-length movies:

  • Big Stalks – Big Stalks was the first fish to be mutated by the ship. A big, strong creature with two large stalks for ears (hence the name), he is the least intelligent of the group. However, he is kind.
  • Curly – Intelligent to the point that he can almost speak, Curly is a quiet and reserved member of the crew. He can't breathe air, so he wears a water helmet. On May 9, 2005, his little brother, Yolk, was introduced to the gang.
  • Dr. Monitor – Having been part of the ship since it was built, Monitor is a living television set that plays the cartoons that Erin brings. He speaks by displaying words on his screen, and sometimes plays visual pranks on the other members of the crew.
  • Erin – Erin, the main character of the block, is a 13-year-old girl who loves sports, music, and cartoons. Every day, she rides the Leviathan to a submerged ship where she and her undersea pals watch the cartoons she brings.
  • Flip – One of the newer residents of the ship and somewhat uncoordinated, Flip is often subject to pranks from Bass and Tweet. He has a third eye on a stalk which can be knocked out if hit hard enough.
  • Leviathan – Erin's mode of transportation to the underwater spaceship, the leviathan is a giant, five-eyed fish with a water-tight canopy on its back for Erin to ride in.
  • Remo – A large, walking remote control somewhat similar to Tweet and Woofer. He seems to control many parts of the ship, including lighting and most likely what displays on Monitor.
  • Tre – Tre, the pet of the show, is a loveable and squeaky stalk with five eyes and tentacles. He's said to have the intelligence of an average dog, but has proven himself to be a very skilled artist.
  • Tweet – A small, walking tweeter speaker, Tweet is the plucky best friend of Woofer. He often gets into mischief.
  • Woofer – Woofer is a bass speaker, and a shy and clumsy one at that. His best friend is the plucky tweeter speaker, Tweet.
  • Yoke – Yoke first appeared on May 9, 2005 as Curly's spunky little brother. Nothing more than a head with an antenna attached to a semi-solid green blob, Yoke has to be contained within a floating, egg-shaped container with a glass top for him to see through. His lack of limbs is made up for by his telekinesis, which Erin and Curly discover during his kitchen duty. He is a whiz at dodgeball and checkers, and it often seems that his big brother is a little jealous of him. Yoke was created by 12-year-old Kyler Spears from Sacramento, CA, for the "Make a Monsterpiece Contest," which allowed viewers to send in concept art of a new character for the show in an attempt to get their character animated.
