MIEL or Malaysian Industrial Estates Berhad is a wholly-owned subsidiary of a public listed company Malaysian Industrial Development Finance Berhad. MIEL’s vision is to assist SMIs to find their footing in their industries. MIEL builds industrial space and provides the SMIs with the solution for the right accommodation. The company found the way to realize their vision as well as meeting the goals of the SMIs. MIEL was set up in the early 60s to promote Malaysia’s industrial development and to provide industrial accommodation for the industrialists.
