Memmert
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Memmert is the smallest East Frisian island off the northern coast of Germany. Memmert is uninhabited, with only one house on the island for wildlife-spotting purposes. Occasionally, some guests from the neighbouring islands visit Memmert for recreation. Memmert is officially a wildlife protected area.
Otto Leege, Sr. was the first, who set a foot on the island in 1888.
