Megan Conley is a fictional character in the CBS soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful. She was played by Maeve Quinlan from 1995 to 2006.

Megan was a loyal and devout worker who offered a professional frontline to Forrester Creations, manning the phones while offering secondary support to the Executive Board - including Stephanie (Susan Flannery), Eric (John McCook), Ridge (Ronn Moss), Thorne (Winsor Harmon), Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang), Taylor (Hunter Tylo), Kristen (Tracy Melchior), Felicia (Lesli Kay), Bridget (Ashley Jones) and Rick (Justin Torkildsen). She was always there helping with arrangements for Stephanie's latest event or party, helping Thorne or Ridge with shopping for gifts for their loved ones and had been a shoulder for Brooke to cry on acting as a sympathetic confidante.

However, in 2006, Megan alienated herself from the Forrester family when she allowed Massimo Marone (Joseph Mascolo) to woo her into helping him frame Jackie (Lesley-Anne Down), in order to break up Brooke and Nick (Jack Wagner). Megan rectified her mistake by exposing Massimo, before leaving town. She was replaced in her job by former Forrester rival, Sally Spectra (Darlene Conley).
