Marcus Paul Blucas (born January 11, 1972) is an American actor. He may be best known for playing Riley Finn in Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

Blucas was born in Girard, Pennsylvania to Mary Blucas, who is divorced from Blucas's father. He was the star center on Girard High Basketball Team and also played basketball at Wake Forest University, graduating in 1994 after one season playing on the same court with Tim Duncan. After he did not make it into the NBA, Blucas moved to England, where he played pro basketball for a year. He later decided to become a lawyer, but he changed his mind and went into acting. His first movie was Inflammable, made in 1995.
