Manfred von Knobelsdorff

Obersturmbannführer Manfred von Knobelsdorff (born 15 June 1892 in Berlin-Spandau) oversaw much of Wewelsburg Castle from February 12th 1935 through January 24, 1938, where he presided over several ceremonies. At some point during this period, Siegfried Taubert temporarily succeeded von Knobelsdorff.

He is believed to have been a follower of Irminism.

His wife Ilse was the sister of Minister of Agriculture Walther Darré.
