List of one-off characters on South Park
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The following are characters who have appeared on only one episode of South Park, and thus do not qualify as 'minor characters'. Characters who have appeared only in two-part episodes of South Park are also included here. Famous people and/or celebrities (such as Paris Hilton or Cesar Millan) are not included, although Mr. Jefferson (the South Park alter ego of Michael Jackson) is, due to his portrayal as a "different" person.
Some characters may have been added in other episodes (such as Mr. Derp in "Timmy 2000"), but if their role in that respective episode is not significant, they shall still be considered "one-off" characters.
Only Appearance: "Red Man's Greed"
Alex Glick was an actual child who won a guest appearance on the show in a charity auction. His appearance is similar to the rest of the children, although his head is shaped differently than the rest of the children characters on the show. He wore a red sweatshirt with the name "ALEX" emblazoned on the front. He appeared throughout the episode with the other boys in town and had several lines. Nobody seems to notice his sudden appearance until the end of the episode, when Stan asks "Dude, who the hell are you?", to which Alex responds "Alex... Alex Glick? I got to come on and do the guest voice thingy?." Kyle enters the conversation and says to Alex, "What? Get the hell out of here!" As Alex walks away, he finishes the episode with "Hi Mom! Hi Dad! Hi Jill!"
Only Appearance: "The Snuke"
Bahir (born Bahir Hassam Abdul Hakeen) is the new Muslim student who made his debut in the season 11 episode "The Snuke". When Bahir first comes into the classroom, Cartman sees him as a threat and has no trouble voicing his opinion, right down to asking Mrs. Garrison if Bahir was checked for bombs. Suspecting him to be a terrorist, Cartman calls the CIA to report him; though Bahir was not, in fact, a terrorist, Cartman's report wound up uncovering and foiling a different terrorist attack, which, in Cartman's opinion, meant that his bigotry was responsible for saving America. Bahir was quickly befriended by Butters who invites him over to his house after school is canceled. Bahir's family moved away at the end of the episode due to their experiences.
Only Appearance: "Cartoon Wars Part II"
"Bart Simpson" (referred to as "That Kid") appeared in the episode "Cartoon Wars Part II", the final part of a two parter which parodies both Family Guy and the Jyllands-Posten Muhammad cartoons controversy. He was voiced by Mona Marshall. "Bart" resembles the cartoon character Bart Simpson from The Simpsons in appearance, clothing, and voice (although he was voiced by Mona Marshall instead of Nancy Cartwright). He is shorter than his counterpart since he is animated in the same style of the rest of the children on the show. His signature gag of writing lines with chalk is also shown and his catchphrase "Eat my shorts" is spoken. His other catchphrase "Cowabunga" is also spoken as he knocks Kyle out with his skateboard, although he adds "motherfucker" (censored) to the end.
At first he hated Family Guy and was in line before Cartman to get it cancelled. He let Cartman go first after they had a comparison of who was the bigger troublemaker. "Bart" mentions the time he cut off the head of the Jebediah Springfield statue in "The Telltale Head", while Cartman mentions how he made chilli out of a kid's parents and made him eat it in "Scott Tenorman Must Die". He is later seen when Kyle asks him where he could find the head of FOX's office. He lies and sends Kyle into an old shed where he traps him. Kyle was let out after they "had a long talk" and "Bart" later hits Cartman with his skateboard.
Only Appearance: "The Jeffersons"
Blanket is the son of Michael Jefferson (who is actually Michael Jackson wearing a fake mustache). Mr. Jefferson makes Blanket hide his face with masks when he is in public, until the end of the episode. He is a caricature of Michael Jackson's son Prince Michael II. It is unknown who his mother is, although he claims he was created in a laboratory (referencing the fact that it is undisclosed who his actual mother is).
Only Appearance: "Trapper Keeper"
Bill Cosby is a cyborg from the future named BSM-471. He was sent to destroy Cartman's Dawson's Creek Trapper Keeper, as in the future it destroys the world. When round at the Cartman household to visit Eric, he has sex with Ms. Cartman. Cosby then helps Kyle and Stan destroy the Trapper Keeper/Cartman hybrid, causing him to disappear back to the future.
Despite the name, he has no resemblance to the real Bill Cosby---his appearance was of a white man in a trench coat decades younger than the real Bill Cosby. The probable reason he uses the name is that it is another failed attempt to try and blend in with humans. Other examples of this are when he mispronounces the English language or needlessly adds "human" (pronounced humon) to a sentence. Due to this pronunciation and of course the terminator theme, "Bill Cosby" is obviously a parody of old movie-star recent California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. Bill Cosby also appears on a bus in "Here Comes the Neighborhood" frequently saying "Jell-o Pudding Pops".
Only Appearance: "Cartman Sucks"
Based on the Billy Bibbit character played by Brad Dourif in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, Bradley is a neurotic kid who appeared in the season 11 episode "Cartman Sucks." In the episode, Butters is thought to be bi-curious by his father and sent to a camp whose purpose is to "cure" bi-curious children. Bradley is introduced to Butters by a counselor and assigned to be Butters's "accountabilibuddy". When he first appears, Bradley is shown to be very neurotic and paranoid and is seen several times reciting Bible verses under his breath.
Only Appearance: "Chickenlover"
Chickenlover (also referred to as Chickenfucker) was the driver of the "Booktastic Bus", and constantly encouraged people to read. In his only appearance, he has sex with chickens as a plot to get the illiterate Officer Barbrady to start reading (hence the name, Chickenlover). At the end of the episode, Barbrady knocks him unconscious with his nightstick, and he is presumably arrested. He made a brief appearance (naked) in a crowd scene in the episode "Cartoon Wars Part I", when the townspeople hid from the terrorist threat. He is a parody of magician Doug Henning.
Only Appearances: The two part-episode "Do the Handicapped Go To Hell?/Probably"
Chris (Dian Bachar) appeared only in the two part episode "Do the Handicapped Go To Hell?/Probably". Not much is known about him, besides that he is a vegetarian, and was killed in the year 2000, when he slipped on an escalator.
During his appearance, he and Satan had developed a relationship, and were living together. When Saddam Hussein returned, Satan and Chris' relationship began to run into trouble. At first, Chris was "Okay with it", until Saddam stabbed him in the head. Since he was already dead, Chris returned, and he kept fighting with Saddam, resulting in the multiple deaths of both of them. After Satan asks God for advice, he decides to dump Chris "Because he is a pussy", and Saddam "Because he is an asshole". Saddam was banished to Heaven, and Chris hasn't been seen since.
Only Appearance: "South Park is Gay!"
The Crab People were banished to an underground cavern by man 1000 years ago, during the "Kindling Wars". It was there that they decided to change mankind, by creating the television program "Queer Eye for the Straight Guy", thereby starting the metrosexual fad.
They only appear once, but they have been mentioned twice in later episodes. The first mention was in the episode "Quest for Ratings", when Cartman suggests that the "Sexy Action News" crew do an entire episode centered around Crab People (which is quickly rejected). The second was in the episode "Two Days Before the Day After Tomorrow", when they are blamed for the Beaverton Flood (which was actually caused by Stan and Cartman).
Only Appearance: "The Return of Chef"
Detective Jarvis is the lead detective in investigating the alleged paedophilia of Chef, following his outing with the Super Adventure Club. He prefers to take a "direct" approach to his questioning of the boys' class in relation to the investigation. For example, he uses very graphic portrayals of the potential places in which Chef could have touched the children, such as licking the crotch of the illustrative doll, prompting Butters to say "My Uncle Bud did that to me once!"
Only Appearance: "Roger Ebert Should Lay Off the Fatty Foods"
Dr. Adams is the director of the South Park Planetarium. Ironically, he cannot pronounce 'planetarium' properly (he says the word with a distinct stutter in the middle of it) making it sound like "planeh'arium". To entice visitors back to the planetarium, Adams uses a brainwashing device which makes the lights on the ceiling hypnotise the viewer. Stan and Kyle realise something is amiss, and inform Mr. Mackey. The three, combining with Nurse Gollum, find a child who escaped from the planetarium, Van Gelder and race to stop Dr. Adams. Officer Barbrady investigates, but Dr. Adams hypnotises him - telling him that he is Elvis Presley. Dr. Adams' downfall comes when Cartman, angry that the boys did not see his Cheesy Poofs commercial stardom, kicks the 'star projector', sending a direct blast at Adams. He is turned into a shell of a man, cowering against the wall.
Only Appearance: "With Apologies to Jesse Jackson"
Based on motivational speakers John and Greg Rice, Dr. David Nelson is a motivational speaker with dwarfism. He also reportedly has a black belt in karate. He was invited by the elementary school to give a short presentation about his condition and how he has lived a full life in spite of it. However, upon appearing in front of the student body, Cartman began to laugh at Dr. Nelson's appearance. Nelson at first tried to remain calm in the face of Cartman's laughter and mockery. He repeatedly stated that "words are like bullets" in attempt to convince people that Cartman's words were not able to hurt him.
Nelson eventually lost his calm, telling Eric to "shut [his] fucking mouth!" He instructed Cartman's class to make fun of Eric's weight in order to teach Eric a lesson, but Cartman's initial anger at the insult was erased by his laughter upon seeing Dr. Nelson again. Ultimately, Nelson challenged Cartman to a fight, where he gains a pyrrhic victory by kicking Eric when his back is turned, after Eric has bloodied Nelson's nose and forced him to concede the fight.
Only Appearance: "Helen Keller! The Musical"
Gobbles is the pet turkey of Timmy, who appeared only once, in the episode "Helen Keller! The Musical". Upon getting Gobbles, Timmy has the ability to scream his name as well (pronounced somewhat like "Gobbers!"). Like Timmy, Gobbles is also "physically handicapped", with his head dragging on the floor as he walks. In the episode, he plays the part of Helen Keller's pet turkey, alongside Timmy as Keller, in a play produced by Eric Cartman. When the rest of the class is disappointed with Gobbles, Cartman hires a professional Turkey named "Anastasia" to play Keller's turkey. Since Timmy refuses to act without Gobbles, Cartman tries to have Gobbles killed in an "accident", instead killing Kenny. However, Anastasia's trainer tricks Timmy into releasing Gobbles, telling Timmy that Gobbles is going to be sent away to a laboratory, since he is "uncapable of taking care of him". After discovering that he was deceived, Timmy finds Gobbles and saves him by taking a bullet fired at the turkey by Stan Marsh's uncle, Jimbo. Timmy then gets Jimbo and his friends to kill Anastasia, allowing Gobbles to go onstage and surprise everyone by leaping (although somewhat clumsily) through the ring of fire. This is met with rabid applause by the audience. Gobbles has not been seen since.
Only Appearance: "South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut"
Gregory of Yardale claims that he graduated from Yardale (a combination of Yale and Harvard), with a 4.0 Grade Point Average. Wendy describes him as very "political". He starts numerous protests against the Canadian-American war, and the execution of Terrance and Phillip, although he doesn't want to do anything more than protest (unlike Stan). Stan is jealous of him because Wendy develops a crush on him. At the end of the film, Wendy and Stan get back together, and Gregory is never seen again.
Only Appearance: "All About Mormons"
The Harrisons are a family of devout Mormons that live in South Park. They are constantly engaged in family activities. One of the sons, Gary (who is 9) joined the 4th grade class and became instantly unpopular. Stan was then made to fight him but wound up having dinner at his house that night. After Stan returns home traumatized from his new understanding of other religions and wanting to have family nights, Randy (Stan's dad) goes after them. He instantly becomes "sucked in" to their way of thinking. In the end the family becomes Mormon until Stan becomes wound up and chucks them out complaining about how "nice" they are. Later at the bus stop, Gary turns up and tells Stan he's got a lot of growing up to do if he can't be someone's friend because of their religion. Apart from Gary there are four other children, the youngest is the daughter who is a baby Amanda, a younger son, an older sister and an older brother. Despite the Mormons being "new characters" they haven't been seen or mentioned since. Gary also makes stan a wallet.
Only Appearance: "Make Love, Not Warcraft"
Jenkins is a World of Warcraft aficionado. He is seen at his computer at all instances, and does not change his expression. He has become so good at the game that he can somehow kill people without their consent to fight. He kills the boys' party without breaking a sweat, causing intense frustration. The boys therefore decide to kill exactly 65,340,285 boars to level up sufficiently before the final showdown. Hearing of this, the people at Blizzard Entertainment decide to grant the boys The Sword of a Thousand Truths to defeat him, using Randy Marsh as courier (despite the fact that he is only a 'n00b'). The boys win the final battle, with Cartman crushing the Jenkins' skull with his warhammer, pronouncing "you're about to get pwned" before the act. Jenkins has not been seen since.
Only Appearance: "Toilet Paper"
Josh Myers is a child incarcerated for toilet-papering over six-hundred houses in under a year. His character is based on Hannibal Lecter in Silence of the Lambs, and his cell is also based on Lecter's. He is questioned by Officer Barbrady to aid him in solving the recent toilet-papering of Mrs. Driebel's (a teacher at the elementary school) house. Josh speaks to the easily confused Barbrady in a series of riddles, and comes close to mentally destroying him.
At the end of the episode, Josh escaped from captivity. Josh was last seen calling Barbrady, stating that he has "to do something". He then heads over to the White House, armed with toilet paper.
Only Appearance: "Cartman's Incredible Gift"
The Left Hand Killer is a serial killer who operates around the South Park area. After killing victims, he cuts the left hand from the corpse as a trophy. Louis Yates, the detective in charge of the investigation, hires Cartman as a psychic to find the killer. The Left Hand killer kidnaps Cartman upon hearing of this, and is angry that Eric has been giving other people "credit" for his "work". He shows Eric numerous slides in his basement, a la Francis Dolarhyde/Freddy Lounds in Thomas Harris' Red Dragon.
Yates continues his quest for the killer without Eric, and, when Kyle becomes 'psychic', he informs Yates of the killer's address. The killer refers to himself as "Mr. God", and cuts the eyes out of photographs of women. Yates dismisses the left hands on the walls as right hands (and therefore not an issue) due to the hands facing the other way on the wall. However, upon leaving the house, Yates realises that hands look different when viewed at opposing angles. He returns to the station to run some 'tests'.
The killer is about to kill Eric and add his left hand to the 'collection' when Yates busts the door down and attempts to arrest the killer. However, his last moment arrives when he charges at Yates with a knife and is shot dead.
There are numerous parallels between the Left Hand killer and Dolarhyde, namely:
- The killer has a scar above his lip just as Francis Dolarhyde did in the book.
- In the projector scene, the killer says "Do you see?" after every slide. Dolarhyde does this in the book in a sharp series of dialogue between himself and Lounds.
- The killer calls himself "God". Dolarhyde, in the book, had a God complex which was explained by Will Graham in a briefing to the police.
- The killer likes to cut the eyes out of photos. In Red Dragon, the killer cuts the eyes out of some of the photos in his scrapbook. Also, he inserts mirrors in the orbital sockets of the Jacobi and Leeds families, which would have a similar effect to cutting the eyes out of photos.
- The killer, like many serial killers, likes to return to the scene of the crime. Dolarhyde does this to a degree, i.e. the burying of the Jacobi's cat.

Only Appearances: "The Tooth Fairy Tats 2000", "Professor Chaos"
Loogie appeared in the season 4 episode "The Tooth Fairy Tats 2000" in which he runs an operation known as the "Tooth Trade" in which teeth are put under the pillows of children and then the money that is left by the child's parents is taken by Loogie's gang of henchman. Loogie's appearance (black pin-stripe suit) and mannerisms are based on Marlon Brando's portrayal of Vito Corleone in The Godfather. Loogie silently sppears as one of the competitors for Stan, Kyle, and Cartman's 4th friend in "Professor Chaos".
Only Appearances: "South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut," "Two Guys Naked in a Hot Tub" (cameo)
The Mole, real name Christophe, is an operative who aided Stan Marsh, Kyle Broflovski, and Eric Cartman in the film as the trio attempted to free the imprisoned Terrence and Phillip from the United States military, in order to prevent the duo's execution. The kids' schoolmate, Gregory of Yardale, who was more knowledgeable and sophisticated in the ways of politics and warfare, put the kids into contact with the Mole. The kids were shocked to find out that the Mole was a child like themselves, albeit a volatile, paranoid one. The Mole decided to help the boys sneak into the military base where they hoped to free Terrence and Phillip while the soldiers were distracted by a USO show. Because the plan was botched by Cartman (and, in part, a ghostly Kenny), the Mole was mortally wounded in an attack by the base's guard dogs. However, he was later seen briefly alive in "Two Guys Naked in a Hot Tub" on a talk show as Stan is flipping channels. This is likely because he, like everyone who died in the American-Canadian War of 1999, was resurrected by Satan due to Kenny's sacrifice.
The Mole is a mercenary for hire who specializes in digging and navigating tunnels, hence his nickname. He is of French descent (modelled on the French Resistance fighters of World War II) and speaks with an accent, although he is very fluent in English. He is not, however, French-Canadian, as has been suspected, because unlike other Canadians, has a head that is in one piece. According to him, his mother tried to perform an abortion on herself while pregnant with him (attempting to stab him in his heart with a clothes hanger). All we know of his mother is that she does not tolerate blasphemy against God. The Mole, in keeping with his French existentialist stereotype, frequently says derogatory things about God, which gets him grounded.
Only Appearances: "The Succubus"
Mr. Derp appears in the episode "The Succubus" after Chef quits his job. He seems to be a very idiotic person who is described by Matt Stone and Trey Parker as being like a character in a Rob Schneider movie in the DVD commentary. He seems to only serve "yellow stuff" and "white stuff" (although Cartman does order "yellow with a side of white"). He is also seen selling lemonade during the concert in "Timmy 2000." His name is derived from the word 'derp' that Stone and Parker used as describing a joke which is easy to predict, from the movie BASEketball.
Only Appearance: "Stanley's Cup"
Mr. Jarvis appeared in "Stanley's Cup". He is the editor of the South Park Gazette where Stan works as a delivery boy. Mr. Jarvis yelled at Stan for not delivering the papers on time, and when Stan responded that his bike "had a busted pedal." Jarvis swore at him and said we all have problems and to get used to his.
Only Appearance: "The Jeffersons"
Mr. Michael Jefferson appeared in "The Jeffersons" as a child-like adult. Though his name is never spoken, it is clearly Michael Jackson, wearing a fake moustache for a disguise. He wanted to relive his childhood and was a target for the police who wanted to frame rich black people. He had a son called Blanket (who was genetically engineered) who Mr. Jefferson didn't look after well and saw Blanket as a playmate. In the end he learned the error of his ways and decided to act like an adult and look after Blanket better.
Only Appearance: "Mystery of the Urinal Deuce"
Mr. Venezuela is the janitor at South Park Elementary. Mr. Mackey gives the student body at South Park Elementary a lecture about defecating in the urinal, and introduces Mr. Venezuela. He is seen posing with a mop and bucket as Mr. Mackey tells the students that Mr. Venezuela "is the person who has to clean up when some trickster drops a dook in the wrong toilet." He may or may not be the same character model as the janitor that appeared in the Museum of Tolerance in a previous episode.
Only Appearance: "Tom's Rhinoplasty"
Ms. Ellen (voiced by Natasha Henstridge, credited as "That Chick From Species" in the opening credits) was brought in as a substitute while Mr. Garrison had a rhinoplasty. All the boys took an instant liking to her. Wendy, Stan's girlfriend became jealous of her especially since Valentine's Day was coming up. When Mr. Garrison's nose job made him resemble David Hasslehoff he quit teaching and became a model. Wendy then got a makeover only to find out that Ms. Ellen had too. Having had enough she paid a group of Iraqis to have her shot into the Sun, stating she was a traitor to their country. She was then killed. Another part of the plot was Stan trying to have a relationship with Ms. Ellen and got a date with her after winning a spelling test. It was then revealed she was a lesbian, but none of the kids knew what a lesbian was. Stan and the others eventually gave up. Ms. Ellen tried to escape the Iraqis by throwing their sword which actually killed Kenny. Ms. Ellen was killed by being placed on a rocket to the sun, which was planned out by Wendy having payed the Iraqis.
Only Appearance: "Miss Teacher Bangs a Boy"
Ms. Stephenson became South Park Elementary's kindergarten teacher after Mr. Garrison was promoted to fourth grade. She then had an affair with Kyle's brother, Ike, claiming that he was very mature for his age (which is at least partially true; Ike is three and already in kindergarten due to unusual intelligence). She was eventually arrested for having this relationship, but later avoided trouble using the "Mel Gibson Defense", claiming that she was an alcoholic. She went into rehab and was released after one meeting. Shortly after the meeting, she picked Ike up in secret from the Broflovski house and they planned to flee to Milan.
Cartman is chosen to be the hall monitor and gets angry when seeing the two run off after committing a hall infraction (making out in the halls). He recruits a driver, an assistant, a bitch, and Kyle. They find out that Ms. Stephenson and Ike are residing in the Airport Hilton and that they haven't left for Milan yet. When Cartman and his crew show up at the hotel, the police come. As soon as Ms. Stephenson sees the police, she tries to flee with Ike again, but runs into a dead end on the roof where Cartman and his crew and police surround her and Ike. They decide to go with the backup plan, jumping off the roof. After Kyle tries to explain to Ike that he should be having fun and not ruining his life by having a serious relationship at his age, Ms. Stephenson runs off the hotel to her death, expecting Ike to follow. Ike stops at the last second.
Only Appearance: "Stanley's Cup"
Nelson Brown has cancer and was on the pee wee hockey team when Stan was coaching it. His cancer took a turn for the worse and he was put into Hell's Pass Hospital, where he would stay alive if the pee wee hockey team won a game. They tied, and in the next game they got beat badly, and Nelson, realizing there was no hope, died. His last words were "no... hope".
Only Appearance: "The Return of Chef"
Robert J. Neeland is the psychiatrist who attempts to de-brainwash Chef following his experiences at the Super Adventure Club. To do this, he decides that the best method is to take Chef to a strip club. The method seems to be failing until Chef notices a more "hefty" dancer and remembers his love for women, and as such his memories returned. However, the Super Adventure Club shoot Chef with a traquiliser dart and is dragged out of the club to their headquarters.
Only Appearance: "Clubhouses"
Roy was briefly Stan's stepfather in the episode "Clubhouses", in which Randy and Sharon Marsh divorced. He was portrayed as a rather nerdy, bespectacled character with odd mannerisms. He seemed to be excessively concerned with Stan chopping firewood for him.
Only Appearances: The two part-episode "Cartman's Mom is a Dirty Slut/Cartman's Mom is Still a Dirty Slut"
Running Waters is the Chief of a Native American tribe in close proximity to South Park. He was one of the men who slept with Liane Cartman on the fateful night in which Eric Cartman was conceived. As such, he stands as one of the candidates for the paternity of Eric, and is visited by him in his quest for the identity of his father. However, the Chief laughs off this possibility, and the final result confirms that he is indeed not Eric Cartman's father.
Only Appearance: "Red Man's Greed"
Runs With Premise is the leader of a Native American reservation near South Park. He is thus the owner of the casino located there. He gained notoriety by his stubbornness concerning the prospective purchase of the town of South Park to connect his casino to Denver via a superhighway. After buying out the town, the townspeople, rallied by Stan, dig their heels and refuse to leave the town in which they grew up. Despite Runs With Premise's plan to infect the town with S.A.R.S. (threatening 2% of the town with death), the resolve of South Park did not budge. Runs With Premise decides to leave South Park as it is when his son, Premise Running Thin, is infected with S.A.R.S. and the townspeople share their cure (discovered by Stan) to heal him.
Only Appearance: "Sexual Harrassment Panda"
Petey the Sexual Harassment Panda was the school's mascot for Sexual Harassment, seen in the episode "Sexual Harassment Panda". He was the cause of everyone suing each other in ridiculous lawsuits. He soon was out of a job and went to the Island of Misfit Mascots. After some convincing he returned as the "Petey the Don't Sue People Panda". He stopped the lawsuits and everything returned to normal.
Only Appearance: "Timmy 2000"
Timmy's Parents, Richard and Helen were seen on only one occasion, and are the parents of the handicapped character Timmy. They were voiced by Trey Parker and Eliza Schneider. Like Timmy they are disabled and are wheelchair-bound. Richard's has a patch of black hair on top of his mostly bald head, and Helen has long orange hair. Like Timmy they have enlarged heads and seem to only shout their own names "Richard!" and "Helen!"
Only Appearance: "Lice Capades"
Travis the Head Louse lived on Clyde Donovan's head. He believed that "the world" (in other words, Clyde) knew that they were affecting it and would actively try to get rid of them (see Gaia hypothesis), a view for which he was ridiculed. It was, of course, true---on discovering that he had lice, Clyde used a medical shampoo which killed almost all of the lice, and his hair dryer further decimated the lice population, including Travis's wife Kelly. Only a handful of survivors remained, including Travis, his larval daughter Hope, and the Vice President louse (a parody of the Vice President from The Day After Tomorrow). Toward the end of the episode, after being shot by the Vice President and left for dead, he is saved by holding onto a fly that transports him to a thriving utopia of lice: Angelina Jolie's pubic area.
Only Appearance: "Not Without My Anus"
Ugly Bob was introduced in the episode "Terrance and Phillip in Not Without My Anus". His face is once described as looking as though "...somebody tried to put out a forest fire with a screwdriver." Under the advice of Terrance and Phillip he wears a paper bag over his head. Due to the low detail of the animation, it is impossible to discern features of Canadian characters (who are depicted with dark, solid eyes and flapping oval heads); why Bob is considered ugly is unknown (it is thought that it is only to add absurdity to the in-show joke that all Canadians look the same). The only implication of him being ugly is that, when people see his face, they scream in horror.
Later on in the episode it was revealed that he slept with Celine Dion (Terrance's ex wife with whom he has a daughter), without her knowing how apparently "wretchedly ugly" he really is, because he was wearing his paper bag at the time, and claimed to be named "Handsome Bob". However, Terrance took it off his face and Celine Dion screamed in horror, but, instead of dumping him, told him to keep wearing his mask). The union resulted in Celine Dion becoming pregnant with Ugly Bob's child. They hoped the child would have Celine's face, for obvious reasons.
Only Appearance: "Wing"
Wing is the wife of Tuong Lu Kim, the owner of the South Park City Wok, voiced by the actual singer named "Wing"[1]. She was smuggled into the U.S.A. by the Chinese Mafia, to perform on the show American Idol. The boys' new company, "Super Awesome Talent Agency", agrees to take Wing to Los Angeles to perform. This venture does not go as planned, but the boys get a gig singing at the wedding of Sylvester Stallone's son after the boys enter Wing into The Contender (Stallone was impressed by Wing's singing as she was being battered by one of the boxers). However, the Chinese Mafia kidnaps Wing for not paying the $10,000 they spent on getting her in the country. The boys mistake the Mafia for a rival talent agency, and attempt to get her back. Wing is freed when both sides realise they are merely making a living out of exploitation. Wing has not been seen since.
