Lean Beef Burger

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Lean Beef Burger is a hamburger that is a healthy alternative to McDonald's regular menu. The burger was released in Australia in July 2004. The burger is currently on McDonald's Lighter Choices menu.

The burger is made with low fat Big Tasty sauce, tatsoi salad mix, fresh onions, a slice of tomato and a special microwaved lean beef patty.

This is a similar concept to the failed McLean Deluxe introduced for health conscious consumers in the United States in the 1990s.
