Larry Micheaux

Larry Wayne Micheaux (born March 24, 1960) is a retired American professional basketball player. The Houston, Texas native played two seasons with three different teams in the NBA: the Kansas City Kings (1983-84), Milwaukee Bucks (1984-85) and Houston Rockets (1984-85). He was also a member of the so-called Phi Slamma Jamma men's team at the University of Houston in 1982-83.

Micheaux resides in the Houston area with his wife Annette. They have three children LaTasha, LaToya, and Joshua. LaTasha is married with two children, and is a bilingual educator. His daughter LaToya who was a top basketball recruit at center from Hightower High School in Missouri City, currently plays for Texas A&M Women's basketball team on full scholarship. LaToya is an up and coming power house center with excellent defensive skills at Texas A&M University of the Big 12 Conference. The former Phi Slamma Jamma stand-out son Joshua also plays basketball. Joshua plays for Elkins High School in Missouri City and has the ability to play all five positions.
