Kyun...! Ho Gaya Na, released in English as Look What's Happened Now, is a 2004 Bollywood romance directed by Samir Karnik and starring Aishwarya Rai, Vivek Oberoi and Amitabh Bachchan.

Diya (Aishwarya Rai) travels to Mumbai to help her father's friend (Amitabh Bachchan)run an orphanage. Diya is an intelligent university student who does not agree with arranged marriage. In Mumbai, she meets the wealthy Arjun (Vivek Oberoi), who has differing views on love. They start spending time with each other and fall in love.

The music for this movie was composed by Shankar Ehsaan Loy.
