Prince Kubrat of Bulgaria, Prince of Panagiurishte, Duke of Saxony (born November 5, 1965), is the third son of Tsar Simeon II of Bulgaria and his wife Doña Margarita Gomez-Acebo y Cejuela. He was born in Madrid.

On July 2, 1993 Kubrat married Doña Carla Soledad Royo-Villanova y Urrestarazu. They have three sons:

He is the godfather of Pablo Nicolás Urdangarín y de Borbón.
