Klubi Sportiv Dinamo Tirana is an Albanian football team, playing in the Albanian capital of Tirana, founded in 1949.

They are regarded as one of Albania's top teams having won:

(1950, 1951, 1952, 1953, 1955, 1956, 1960, 1966-67, 1972-73, 1974-75, 1975-76, 1976-77, 1979-80, 1985-86, 1989-90, and 2001-02)

(1950, 1951, 1952, 1953, 1954, 1960, 1971, 1974, 1978, 1982, 1989, 1990 and 2003).

They play at the Stadiumi Qemal Stafa which has a capacity of 25,000. Their main rivals are fellow Tirana team SK Tirana. In 1995 the team was renamed KS Olimpik Tirana; in 1997 they returned to their original name.

The club is regarded as one of Albania's top teams having won the Albanian Premier League 16 times (1950, 1951, 1952, 1953, 1955, 1956, 1960, 1966-67, 1972-73, 1974-75, 1975-76, 1976-77, 1979-80, 1985-86, 1989-90, and 2001-02) and Albanian Cup 13 times (1950, 1951, 1952, 1953, 1954, 1960, 1971, 1974, 1978, 1982, 1989, 1990 and 2003). In the 2006-07 first qualifying round for the UEFA-cup the club was eliminated by CSKA Sofia from Bulgaria (1-5 aggregate). Zoran Kastel was the goalscorer. After finishing third in the table 2005/06, KS Dinamo Tirana named Faruk Sejdini as their new coach. One of Albania's best teachers of footballing fundamentals, he had a spell at the club last term before being dismissed by president Besnik Sulaj. Having returned following a spell at KS Shkumbini, Sejdini said: "It's nice to be back." On October 23, 2006, Faruk Sejdini was fired. He was replaced by Redi Jupi on October 25. At the start of the 2007/08 season, Agim Canaj took over as head coach and Redi Jupi is now only a player at the club.
