Jose Lothario

Jose Lothario (born Guadalupe Robledo in 1936 in San Antonio, Texas) is an American professional wrestler.

Lothario is best known to audiences of World Wrestling Federation (WWF) professional wrestling.

Lothario competed in the National Wrestling Alliance for most of his career. His son Pete was also a professional wrestler in the Texas area, and appeared on WWF television. He was powerbombed by Sid Vicious in the storyline Vicious vs Micheals

Lothario is known to contemporary WWF fans for being the manager and mentor for wrestler Shawn Michaels. Lothario supported Michaels when he won the WWF Championship, and managed him for several months before leaving the WWF (after the 1997 Royal Rumble).

Lothario still makes regular appearances for independent wrestling promotions in the state of Texas.
