Jorge Sedano

Jorge Sedano (pronounced like "George") (born September 2, 1977, in New York, New York) is the host of The Third Shift on Fox on Fox Sports Radio and does pre-game,post-game and the halftime show for the Miami Heat.

Sedano's portion of the show originates each weekday morning from 2am-6am EST (11pm-3am PST) from Miami, Florida, while his crew of sidekicks (including "update girl" Karen Kay, show producer Marcel Hall & Josh Gears "the lord of the board") are at the AutoZone Studios in Sherman Oaks, California.

Jorge was born in New York and raised in Florida. He graduated from Florida International University and currently resides in Miami, FL. In addition to working for Fox Sports Radio, Sedano works for the Miami Heat as the Pre and Post Game broadcaster for their basketball games on WIOD. Jorge is a big fan of Dan Marino, the New York Yankees, and Miami sports. He's now known as "The Dean," of late night Sports Talk, since he's currently the longest tenured nationally syndicated over-night host. Jorge began his career doing a show about Pro Wrestling on the radio in Miami in 1999. He worked at WAFN as a midday host, then later at WRFX as their afternoon drive host.

The Third Shift on Fox's claim to fame is that the show takes calls almost exclusively from a varying multitude of callers throughout the United States and Canada. Jorge is known for occasionally getting into heated arguments with occasionally intoxicated callers.
